Dr. G. L. Grover, A mechanical and metallurgical engineer known for translating mechanical and metallurgical engineering principles into practical manufacturing solutions. He researched methods and techniques for processing uneven steel scrap, DRI (Direct Reduced Iron) and sponge iron for billet casting, enabling their conversion into TMT bars and structural sections.

VMPL was established in 2003, following the founder’s earlier work as a consultant providing technology, technical know-how and turnkey project solutions across the Middle East, Africa and India, backed by over 50 years of industry experience.

At VMPL, we offer state-of-the-art facilities for scrap processing and handling. We design Impact Hammer Type Shredders, Continuous Shears and Alligator Shears for precision shape cutting. Our range also includes Bailers with Chargers, Revolving Stationary Crane Grabbers and E.O.T. Orange Peel Grabbers.

VMPL has designed a range of Hydraulic Scrap Handling systems, including Scrap Pushers for melting furnaces, Vibrator Chargers, and specially engineered Tilting Trolleys that feed material directly into the furnace. We have also developed various other direct and indirect charging systems, including belt conveyor systems.
